He was the son of Ralph and Mildred Bussard.
He loved yard sales, shopping, and music.
Albert is survived by his sister Patricia Knick; brother Ralph Benjamin Bussard, of Hagerstown; a niece, Cassandra Knick; as well as lots of friends.
