Arthur Rowland Litten

Arthur Rowland Litten, 93, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on February 8, 2021 at the University of Maryland Medical Center. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Downsville Church of the Brethren, 8228 Dam #4 Road , Williamsport, MD. The service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Wilkie Nunn will lead the celebration. A time of fellowship will be held outside immediately following the service.
