Bonnie May Schell, 68, of Clear Spring, passed away Monday, March 14, 2011, at Meritus Medical Center near Hagerstown.
Born Dec. 31, 1942, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Mary Mae (Hose) Miller of Clear Spring and the late Robert Quinten McSherry.
Bonnie was a self-employed beautician in Hagerstown.
She was Catholic by faith.
In addition to her mother, she also is survived by two children, Robert W. Schell of Cumberland, Md., and Lori Hawbaker of Hagerstown; one brother, Elmer Miller Jr. of Clear Spring; four grandchildren, Jennifer Storer, Cassey and Hope Schell, and Michael Hawbaker Jr.; and one great-grandson, Damion Storer.
She also was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Louise Hoover.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, March 18, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. The Rev. Mark C. Mooney will officiate. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
