Brenda Joyce Rhinehart, 75, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., passed away, Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Steven Armolt officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday two hours prior to the service.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions no more than 60 people are allowed in the funeral home at one time. Facial coverings and social distancing are required.
