Brenda Lee Snowberger

Brenda Lee Snowberger, 54, of Hagerstown, passed away, on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown. Born October 31, 1960 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Donald Sylvia of Winchester, Va. and the late Shirley (Montgomery) Fisher. Brenda was a homemaker and a member of Wayside Baptist Church, Hagerstown. She is survived by her husband Jeff Snowberger; mother-in-law, Joanne Showe of Hagerstown; daughter, Carol Wilson of Spring Mills, W.Va.; son, Steven Hemstreet, Jr. of Hagerstown; step-son, Alex Snowberger of Waynesboro, Pa.; four sisters, Barbara Fraley and husband Rick of Martinsburg, W.Va., Janet Hartman of Danville, Va., Lois Sylvia of Hagerstown and Donna Sylvia of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; four grandchildren, Syerra Wilson, Alexis Wilson, Marissa Hemstreet and Victoria Kitzmiller; six nieces and three nephews; Brenda also cared for her nephews dog Toby whom she loved dearly. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Jeremy Kitchen officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Brenda's name to the American Lung Association, 211 E. Lombard St., Baltimore, MD 21202
