Calvin Lee Davis

Calvin Lee Davis, 49, of Hagerstown, Maryland, died Friday, November 8, 2024 in Hagerstown, Maryland. Mr. Davis was born March 17, 1975 in Martinsburg West Virginia. He proceeded in death by his Mother and Father, Calvin Jr and Debbie Davis. Calvin was a wonderful friend, son, brother, nephew and Uncle. He is survived by his one Brother Thomas Davis “TD”, and four sisters; Nancy Clutter, Tina Riggleman, Penny Davis, and Shannon Davis, also his 6 nephews and 3 nieces, 8 grandnieces and nephews and numerous cousins.

Calvin is also survived by his very best friend, Rodney Ebersole who is considered to be a member of the family. Calvin loved his dogs like they were his children, Kody and Max. Everything he did was for them. His great love for music meant he spent a lot of time downloading songs and listening to old and new music of all kinds and he would also spend his time watching scary movies. He was quite but he could also be the life of any party or family gathering. This year, he was surrounded by his family and friends at the final family Halloween party where he danced until his feet hurt and then danced some more.

Calvin’s was a kindhearted and peace-loving man. He was someone that understood and would be there for others even when he had a lot going on in his own life. Calvin was true to himself, and he made everyone feel safe and how you could talk to him about anything. His smile could light a whole room and bring so much laughter and happiness to anyone. Our hearts are in a million pieces but thinking of you, its whole again.

We love you, Calvin! Rest in peace, you will live on forever in our hearts!

A memorial service for Calvin will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
