Carole Elaine Eichelberger, 46, of Hagerstown, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Meritus Medical Center.
She was born on October 20, 1968 in Thurmont, Maryland.
Carole was a graduate of the Marshall Street School in Hagerstown.
Carole lived happily at Star Community, Inc. in Hagerstown, MD, for over 30 years.
She participated at the Star Ventures Day Program as a member of the Busy Bee's Crew.
Carole attended Broadfording Church of the Brethren in Hagerstown.
She was a member of the Red Hat Ladies Society Valley Girl Chapter of Hagerstown. Carole loved shredding paper, painting and putting puzzles together. She was quite the 'foodie'! Her favorites included cappuccinos, milkshakes, and the China buffet. She enjoyed attending parties and listening to a variety of music from classic rock to bible songs.
She will be missed dearly by her friends and family at Star and also her close friend, Sue Thompson.
A memorial service will be conducted at 10:00am on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. Friends will be received one hour before the service at the funeral home.
Inurnment will be private in Rest Haven Cemetery.
