Carole A. Huffman

Carole A. Huffman, of Hagerstown, MD, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 28, 2025. Born on January 27, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Louis Turner and Pearl (Lowans) Turner.

Carole was a woman of great faith; she loved reading her bible and was a Sunday school teacher for 42 years at Maranatha Brethren Church in Hagerstown. She touched many people’s lives with her kind heart and strong faith. She also enjoyed doing puzzle books. She loved to babysit her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved her family dearly.

Carole is survived by her husband of 39 years, Paul Huffman; daughter, Krista Bloom (Tim); grandchildren, Maggie Martin, and Abbey Artz (Tristan); great-grandchildren, Grayson and Gabriella Martin; sisters, Peggy Zeigler and Shirley Kelbaugh; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held for Carole on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown, MD. Interment will follow.

Family and friends will be received for a viewing the evening prior, Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 6-8:00 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Doey’s House or the Hagerstown Rescue Mission.
