Charles Edward Moulder, 65, of Hagerstown, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Meritus Medical Center. Born on November 3, 1955, he was the son of Henry and Helen Moulder. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards, and playing crossword puzzles and card games.
Chuck is survived by his daughter, Jessica and son, William; one sister; and his significant other, Carol Brown. He is also survived by five grandchildren and his wonderful Aunt Sugar, as well as many other aunts and uncles.
