Charles Harvey Stoner, DDS

Charles Harvey Stoner, DDS, 74, of Hagerstown, passed away, Friday, September 2, 2016, at Meritus Medical Center.
Born June 30, 1942 in Hagerstown he was the son of the late, Dorsey Elvin and Mary Frances (Curry) Stoner.
Dr. Stoner was a 1960 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. He also was a graduate of Catawaba College, Salisbury, NC and the University of Maryland Dental School. He was a dentist for over 40 years, most of them spent in private practice here in Hagerstown.
He was a veteran of the US Naval Reserve.
He was a member of Christ's Reformed Church, Hagerstown, he also was a member and past secretary of the Washington County Dental Society and a member of the Cumberland Valley Rose Society.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Judith A. "Judy" (Warne) Stoner; best friends, Laura and Jimmy Minnick.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with the Rt. Rev. Philip C. Zampino and Rev. Dr. Gregg R. Meserole officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to services.
