Constance Joan Little

Constance Joan Little age 83, lifelong resident of Hagerstown, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday October 14, 2022. She was born on June 17th to Raymond Magaha (Point of Rocks) and Evelyn McGinnis Magaha (Hagerstown), both preceding her in death. Connie, as she was affectionately known, graduated class of 1957 from Hagerstown High School, where she would meet lifelong friends Barbara Young (Hagerstown) and Eloise Harp (Smithsburg). In her early adult life, she would meet and marry the love of her life, Paul Joseph Little, another lifelong resident of Hagerstown. The couple were able to celebrate their 60th anniversary just last month. If anyone really knew Connie, they knew of her love of crafting, especially basket weaving and sewing. Here she would meet another of her lifelong friends Franny Wade (Hagerstown).  In socializing with Joes’ friend Keller, Connie met and befriended his wife Clarabelle Banzhoff (Smithsburg) who would become another of her lifelong friends. The couple would have two children, Kevin Little (Falling Waters, WV) and Kathy Jenkins (Hagerstown). Kevin would go on to have three children of his own, Justin Little (Inwood, WV), Kayla Hutchison (Fairfield, PA) and Faith Little (Hedgesville, WV). Later in life, Kevin would find his love Sonya Shilling (Hagerstown). Justin would find his partner, Shelly Bucklew Little (Clear Spring) and have three children: Ethan Nave, Trenton Nave, and Joslynn Little. Kayla would marry Eric Hutchison (Smithsburg) and have four children: Koraline Hutchison, Baylee Schildtknecht, Dakota Hutchison and Kingsley Hutchison. Finally, Faith would have the baby of the family, Paislynn Nay. Kathy would marry Brian Jenkins (Martinsburg, WV) and would settle down just a few minutes from her childhood home and parents. The couple would celebrate the birth of two girls, Hope and Sara Jenkins, both of Hagerstown. The last of the brood, Isabella Graham was born to Sara Jenkins. A small service will be held on Sunday October 23rd at Rest Haven Funeral Home 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue in Hagerstown at two o’clock, friends will be received one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
