David Lee Wolfe, 65, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Julia Manor Health Care Center.
Born in Washington County, MD on February 6, 1953, he was the a son of the late Gertrude Arlene (Jacobs) and Daniel Charles Wolfe. In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
David worked at Snook's Poultry and was a "Jack of All Trades". He attended Harvest Baptist Church, loved animals, being outdoors, working with his hands, watching TV and had a special place in his heart for his faithful dog, Maggie.
He is survived his loving wife, Betty Jane Wolfe; one son; two daughters; and one granddaughter.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, Inc. 1601 Pennsylvania Ave Hagerstown, MD 21742. Inurnment will follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
Friends will be received one hour prior to service time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in David's name to the Washington County Humane Society, 13011 Maugansville Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
