Deidre Lee Cooper

Deidre Lee Cooper, 73, of State Line, Pa., passed away, Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at Doey's House, Hagerstown, Md.

Born November 16, 1949 in Hagerstown she was the daughter of the late, Isidore and Alberta "Bert" (Wilson) Horowitz.

Mrs. Cooper was a 1967 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. She was a member of the Northern Stars Bowling League and she was a volunteer for the Civil Air Patrol. Mrs. Cooper was a 2 time breast cancer survivor. She enjoyed bus trips, eating crabs, porch sitting and watching the birds, casinos, new restaurants and dinner theaters. She was a loyal wife and friend and loved all animals.

Mrs. Cooper is survived by her loving husband, Floyd I. Cooper whom she married on March 13, 1971; three daughters, Dawn Haupt (Corry), Kristi Minihane (John) and Phoenix LeDoux; one sister, Terra Horowitz Waldron (John) and she was a loving Nana to three grandchildren, Penelope Haupt, Aden and Kiera Minihane.

Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 12 P.M. at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 17636 W. Washington St., Hagerstown.
