Dennis Ray Waters, Jr.

Dennis Ray Waters, Jr., 54 of Newark, Delaware, formerly of Hagerstown, Md.,  passed away, Saturday, December 31, 2022, at his home.

Born July 17, 1968 in Middletown, Ohio he was the son of Dennis Ray Waters and Ruth W. (Hershman) Dupuis and husband, Richard.

Dennis had worked in construction as a pipe insulator.

In addition to his mother, father and step father he also is survived by his maternal grandmother, Willabelle Stottlemyer; brothers, David A. Waters and his daughter, Krystal Bleu Waters and Shawn M.G. Waters and wife, Jennifer and their two children, Aodhan and Carter Waters; two sisters, Dawn Lilly and husband Stacy and their three children, Heather, Melanie and Dalton and Darlene Dupuis and her two children, Justin and Nick; extended family, Trey and Crystal Wolfe and their children, Alayna and Cameron, Lisa and Casey Cregger and family, and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Rev. Mark C. Mooney officiating.

Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received on Friday at the funeral home from 6-8 P.M.
