Donna Jean Tracy

Donna Jean Tracy, 75, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away, Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born September 22, 1947 in Hagerstown she was the daughter of the late, Samuel Edward and Mildred Jenette (Marshall) Reese. 

Mrs. Tracy was a graduate of North Hagerstown High School. She retired from Walmart as an associate with 20 years of service. She was a member of Beaver Creek Church of the Brethren and enjoyed family activities, bingo, shopping and traveling.

Mrs. Tracy is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Raymond Samuel "Sam" Tracy, Jr.; three children, Kristine Tracy and Significant other, Thomas Hills, Cherie Sellers and husband, Robert and Jeffrey Tracy and wife Bennette; five grandchildren, Katie Thomas and significant other, Kristine Baisa, James Pompell and significant other, Krystal Granger, Jacob Tracy, Olivia Tracy and Madison Tracy; eight great grandchildren, Emma, Evan, and Elijah Thomas, Hiro, Athena, Jun, Iliana and Mavis Pompell; three brothers, Ronald, Kenneth and Curtis Reese;  niece, Karli Jones and husband, Zach; her lifelong friend, Jamie (Gorman) O'Connor; her beloved dog and couch buddy, Sadie and a wealth of friends and coworkers.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with her granddaughter, Rev. Katie Thomas officiating.

Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday, May 21st from 2-4 P.M.
