Donna Kay Weiser

Donna Kay Weiser, 81, of Greencastle, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Friday, December 13th. Born on October 28, 1943, Hagerstown, Md. she was the daughter of the late Ivan G. Hull and Betty (Brant) Hull.

A proud graduate of South Hagerstown High School, Class of 1961, Donna married the love of her life, Allen Weiser, in 1965. Together, they built a life filled with love and cherished memories. Donna worked for several years as a nursing assistant and also held positions at Grove, Regency, and Hartle’s. Despite her professional commitments, her family was always her top priority.

In her later years, Donna found immense joy in spending time with her grandchildren. Known for her warm smile and generous spirit, she was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Allen Weiser; her biological father; brothers-in-law Sam Weiser and wife Saundra, Floyd Weiser; and sister in law Ruth Crowe, husband Terry.

She is survived by her two daughters, Melissa Elliott (Gregory) and Krista Havens; six grandchildren: Bethany Elliott, Elissa Elliott, Lauren Elliott, Garrett Elliott, Danielle Florence (Mitchell) and Ryan Havens (Lilli). Donna also held a special place in her heart for Rosa, Tori, and Becky. She is also survived by her sister Jennifer Zeger (James) and sister in law LuAnne Childress and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 17th at 2:00 p.m. at the Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave. Hagerstown, Md.
