Ellen Elizabeth Albert

Ellen Elizabeth Albert passed away on Thursday, October 17 after an extended illness. She was the daughter of Mary Jean and James White and the beloved wife of her husband, Wayne. Mrs. Albert attended Gallaudet University. She earned her master’s degree and worked as a sign language teacher. She was an accomplished piano player and teacher. She loved dancing ballet. She served as a regular volunteer at Deafnet in Hagerstown and was a part of Hagerstown Church of the Nazarene.

A service celebrating Ellen’s life will be held on Tuesday, November 12 at 11:00 a.m. at Hagerstown Church of the Nazarene, 141 N. Edgewood Drive, Hagerstown. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the church in memory of Ellen.
