Elva Darlene Fellows

Elva Darlene Fellows, 89, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away, on Monday, September 19, 2022, at Brookdale Senior Living, in Hagerstown.

Born September 17, 1933, in Hagerstown she was the daughter of the late, Joseph H. and Mary K. (Sheets) Orndorff. In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by her husband, Gilson L. Fellows; three brothers, Wilbert, James and Marvin Orndorff; four sisters, Blanche Dunlap, Alma Hurd, Mary Conley and Wilma Gordon; brother-in-law, Wilfred L. Biron; son-in-law, Charles Smith; three grandchildren, Steven Sites, George Ehmer and Shirley Ehmer.

Mrs. Fellows was a homemaker and a member of Wayside Baptist Church, Leitersburg, Md.

She is survived by one sister, Arlene Biron; her five children, Linda D. Smith, Laura D. Kendrick, James Fellows, Lula Kinley and Lisa Wilford; thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 12:00 P.M.at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Jeremy Kitchen officiating.

Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday one hour prior to the service.
