Guinn Dee Rogers

Guinn Dee Rogers, 65, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at his home surrounded by family. 

Born on March 6, 1958, in Munich, Germany, he was the son of the late Guinn Junell Rogers and Anna Marina (Eibl) Rogers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lee Marina Rogers. 

Guinn attended both Metropolitan State University and Colorado State University to earn his degree in Business Management. 

In 1980, he started his career as a CEO of two separate Goodwills; a career where he found joy in helping and serving others, which led him to become a Goodwill Alumni.

He was a hard worker who enjoyed what he did; one of his favorite jobs was working as a Sales Associate at Best Buy.

Whenever Guinn wasn't working, he could be found watching movies alongside his family.

Guinn is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Mary (Pixler) Rogers, and their daughters, Andreana and Alexandra Rogers. 

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
