Hannah Sharlene Hoffman, 84, of Hagerstown, passed away, Sunday, February 9, 2020.
Born September 24, 1935 in Germantown, Md. she was the daughter of the late, Earl E., Sr. and Virginia (Haycock) Griffith. In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by one sister, Agnes Hessong and two brothers, Earl Griffith, Jr. and Robert Griffith.
In addition to being a homemaker she had also worked as a nursing assistant at Washington County Hospital.
Hannah was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.
Hannah was an avid reader, liked to take walks in the park and listen to live music. She was also known for her baking skills, her pies will be missed.'
She is survived by her companion, Leonard Scarberry; four children, George E. Rohrer and wife, Amy of Greencastle, Pa., Timi T. Bryan, Billie S. Rodriquez and husband, Francisco, all of Greenbrier, Ak. and Kelly A. Coe and husband, Ryan of Bloomfield, Mich.; seven grandchildren, Cody, Shelby, Tristan, Hannah, Miles, Sabrina and Heather; one great granddaughter, Lily; one brother, Noland Griffith and wife, Lois of Thurmont, Md. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, February 14, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Rev. Kibreab Gudeta officiating.
Burial will be private in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday one hour prior to the service.
