Israel will be remembered and dearly missed by her mother; Shawntae Kelley, father; Travis Brown, sister; Aryn-Reign, three brothers; Assanti Moser, Taquaris, and Keyante, two grandmothers; Denise Sallins and Valerie, two grandfathers; Robert Johnson and Derek, five aunts; Betty Jo Rhinehart, Leah Kelley, Alisha, Ericka, and Jacquel, eight uncles; Eric Rhinehart, Mark Kelley, Weasley Kelley, Justin Kelley, Steven Kelley, Troy, Davey, and Julius, cousins on the father's side; Santanah, D'artangnan, Zeckeriah, Marius, and Amielah, and thirteen cousins on the mother's side.
Services will be private and held at the family's convenience.
