Janice Louise Hart

Janice Louise Hart, 67, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed away on April 25, 2023, at Meritus Medical Center.
Born on August 26, 1955, she was the daughter of Angela Lucille (Simms) Hart and George Nathaniel Hart. Janice was a homemaker. She enjoyed singing and playing the guitar, playing games on her phone, and was known for being the life of the party.
She was blessed to be survived by four children, Sherray Denise Bell-Hart (and her late husband Lawrence), Antoinette Shadeana Hart-Hawkins (husband Posey Lee Hawkins), Odessa Rochelle Hart and Wilbert Lamont Hart; siblings, Robert McNeal Hart, George Kevin Hart, Andy Leon Hart, Linda Lee Washington, and Nathanial William Hart; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, John Richard Hart, William Lamont Hart and James Thomas Hart; and granddaughter, Michelle A. Hart.
The family will receive friends from 10-11am on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21742. 
A funeral service will begin at 11am at the funeral home and interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
