Jessica Theodora Simmons, 34, of Hagerstown, passed away, Friday, May 20, 2016 .
Born May 11, 1982 in Montgomery County, Maryland she was the daughter of the late, Karen Denise Medlin.
Jessica loved camping, mudding, biking and was a tomboy at heart.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick S. Simmons; three children, Shayann Fisher, Reese Wilson and Lailah Hutzler; mother in law, Cathy D. Simmons and extended family in Tennessee.
A private memorial service will be conducted at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, Hagerstown at the convenience of the family.
