Judith Ann Heitmuller

Judith Ann Heitmuller, 79, of Hagerstown, MD., unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at UPMC in Harrisburg, PA surrounded by family.  Born December 4, 1943 in Virginia the daughter of late, Lee Gillenwater and Ruby Gillenwater.  In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert R. Heitmuller and brother, Jerry Gillenwater.

Mrs. Heitmuller graduated from Coeburn High School and worked as a real estate agent and owned a catering business for several years.  She was also a very talented poet who touched many through her poems about her hometown in Virginia.

Mrs. Heitmuller is survived by three children, Debra K. Brooke (Phillip), Kimberly J. Heitmuller (Bill), and Robert B. Heitmuller (Liz); six grandchildren; four great grandchildren and two siblings.
