Judith Lorraine Stull

Judith Lorraine "Judy" Stull, 78, of Hagerstown, Md. passed away, Monday, July 4, 2022 at Doey's House, Hagerstown.

Born July 24, 1943 in Danville, Va. she was the daughter of the late, Ashley Omer and Bertha Lorene (Towler) Allen. In addition to her parents she also was preceded in death by a brother, Ashley "Dickie" Allen, Jr.

Judy received a Bachelors degree in Education from Radford University and was an elementary school teacher. After her retirement from teaching, she had worked as a project manager at Bechtel Corporation.

She was a member of Paramount Baptist Church, Hagerstown. Her hobbies included ten pin bowling, volunteering at her church, volunteering at Hospice of Washington County, gardening and she was an avid reader.

Judy is survived by her husband, of 24 years, Monroe "Bill" William Stull, Jr.; three children, Allen E. Robinson, Paul D. Robinson and Kimberly J. Toms; three grandchildren, Logan N. Toms, Madison P. Toms and Baylin D. Hoffman; three brothers, James Allen (Grace), David Allen (Cecilia) and Maurice Allen; one sister, June Gregory (Tom) and a sister in law, Linda Allen.

A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Paramount Baptist Church, 13234 Marsh Pike, Hagerstown with Pastor Frank Duncan officiating.

Interment will be in Hollywood Baptist Church Cemetery, Chatham, Va. at a later date.
