Kasandra Pearl Harne-Elliott, 24, of Hagerstown, passed away Friday, May 14, 2021 at her home.
Born on January 25, 1997 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Lana Fisher and Joseph Allen Harne.
Kasandra attended Williamsport High School.
She is survived by her children; Noah and Juliett Elliott, father Joseph Harne, mother Lana Fisher, Grandmother Carol Keckler, Great-Grandmother Catherine E. Trumpower, Grandfather James Harne, ex-husband Michael Elliott, and numerous extended family.
A funeral service will be held Friday, May 21, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor David Hayes officiating.
Family will receive friends two hours prior.
