Kristy Ann Sacchet, 64, of Hagerstown, passed away peacefully, Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Ravenwood Nursing Home, Hagerstown.
Born on August 19, 1957 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Doris Louise (Minnich) and John Richard Kelly.
Kristy graduated from South Hagerstown High School, class of 1975.
She was employed as a Loan Officer for Home Federal and the State Employees Credit Union for 25 years.
Kristy was a member of Church of the Holy Trinity, Hagerstown.
She enjoyed Antiques, planting flowers and reruns of "I Love Lucy." She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Joseph P. Sacchet, Daughter Mandy Hall and husband Joshua, Son; Patrick Sacchet, Daughter; Sara Sacchet, all of Hagerstown, Grandchildren; Haley Wainwright, Hiler Wainwright, Cy Hall, Avery Hall and Samantha Corderman, Step-daughter; Kerri Corderman and husband Paul, Sister-in-laws. Mary Sacchet Gray, Anne Sacchet Payne and Susan Sacchet Maasberg and her husband Michael Maasberg, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Reverend Mark C. Mooney officiating.
Family will receive friends one hour prior.
