Larry Russell Nicholson

Larry Russell Nicholson, 77, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022 at Creekside Nursing Home, Hagerstown, surrounded by loving family and friends.

Born on May 20, 1945 in Mckeesport, PA, he was the son of the late Elizabeth Thelma (Higgs) and Russell Thomas Nicholson.

He served in the U.S. Air Force.

Larry attended University of Virginia and George Mason University to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Business.

He worked in accounting, he was a truck driver and security guard.

Larry grew up of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed reading, biking, basketball and bowling.

He is survived by 2 Daughters; Amy Louise Morgan of Pleasantville, IA, and Katie Marie Gaudian of Hudson, IA; 4 Grandchildren, Joey and Sophie Morgan and Andrew and Abby Gaudian; Sister, Carol Ann McMullen and husband Hugh; and special friend Karen Swain of Hagerstown.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
