Linda Mae Crouse, 67, of Hagerstown, entered into eternal life Monday, June 20, 2011, at Meritus Medical Center.
Born May 20, 1944, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Maurgarite (Davis) Burgan.
Mrs. Crouse was employed by Holly Music in Hagerstown.
She enjoyed going to yard sales.
She is survived by her husband, William P. Crouse Sr.; two sons, Steven Crouse of Hagerstown and William Crouse Jr. and wife, Tisa, of Greencastle, Pa.; six daughters, Robbin Kelley and husband, Douglas, Brenda Boppe and husband, Kevin, Melinda Holman and companion, Tony Rosario, all of Hagerstown, Diane Perez and husband, Chuck, of Bunker Hill, W.Va., Jean Whittington and husband, Rick, of Hagerstown, and Melissa Crouse and companion, Charles Thomas, of Martinsburg, W.Va.; two brothers, Harold Burgan of Myersville, Md., and Ronald Burgan of Hagerstown; two sisters, Betty Myers and Victoria Eichelberger, both of Hagerstown; 21 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Shirley Martz, Marie Martin and Evelyn Kountz; two brothers, Gene Burgan and Robert L. Burgan; and a great-grandson, Zachary Himes.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 25, 2011, at 10 a.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Temple, Hagerstown, with Pastor Mark Chapman and Brother Cliff Mowen officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
Friends will be received Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.
