Lisa Kay Smith, 57, of Waynesboro, Pa., passed away Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at Quincy Village, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born March 3, 1955, in Hagerstown, Md., she was the daughter of the late Richard E. and Dorothy Jane (Wagner) Smith.
Lisa had worked as a waitress/bartender; as a customer service representative for Citi Bank; and as a real estate agent for Long & Foster.
She is survived by two sisters, Tracie A. Weaver and Christy Hiler, both of Hagerstown; three brothers, Allan Smith of Hagerstown, David Smith of Denver, Colo., and Mark Smith of Baltimore; and eight nieces and nephews, Shawn and Joshua Eighenbrode, Chelsea Smith-Cross, Justin, Brendan, Toby, Tierney and Sidney Smith.
A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with Chaplain John Winckler officiating.
The family would like to extend thanks to the staff of Quincy Village and to Hospice of Fulton County.
