Luther Lee Vulgamott Sr., 89, of Waynesboro, Pa., died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at NMS Health Care, Hagerstown. Friends will be received at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, Hagerstown, one hour prior to service Saturday. The service will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Vaughn Kite officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
