Martha Miller

Martha Ann Brimmer Miller, 94, of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away, September 3, 2023, at Doey’s house. She was born February 12, 1929, in Hagerstown Maryland. She is the daughter of the late Frederick J. and Ruth (Baxter) Brimmer.

Martha was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church in Hagerstown. She was a graduate of Hagerstown High School, and a full-time wife and homemaker. She loved her family very much!

She is survived by her children, Durwerd ‘Butch’ (Linda) Jr. and Barry (Christina) of Greencastle, PA, and Toni of Westerville, OH, sister; Mary Rase Rowland of Mechanicsburg, PA, eleven grand-children and ten great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased in death by her husband Durwerd W. Miller Sr. and her sibling Frederic Brimmer Jr. 

The family will receive friends Friday, September 8, 2023, from 6-8 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue Hagerstown, Maryland.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 10:30 A.M.  at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel with Reverend Steven Humphrey officiating. Interment will follow.
