Mary C. Wolfinger

Mary Cecilia Wolfinger, 94, of Hagerstown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Williamsport Retirement Village, Williamsport.

Born on December 11, 1926 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Lucy Edna (Stahley) and Allan Albert Harbaugh.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 41 years, David Angle Wolfinger, Jr., First husband Russ Wiebel, Step Son; David Wolfinger, III, Sisters; Irene and Rachel, and Brothers; Richard, Stanley and Lester.

Mary graduated from St. Mary's Catholic School, Class of 1944.

Mary retired as an Administrative Assistant with Verizon.

Mary was a member of the Hagerstown Girls Club, Hagerstown Duplicate Bridge Club, Funkstown American Legion, Post 211, Alsatia Club, Hagerstown Elks Lodge #378, Telephone Pioneers and was Past Director of the Hagerstown Bridge Club.

Mary enjoyed playing Bridge, Reading, and jigsaw puzzles.

She is survived by two Daughters; Carol Moleskie and husband Bernie of Hagerstown, and Nancy Shrader and husband Michael of Ephrata, PA, Sister; Dolores Monninger, Grandson; Chris Moleskie (Shelby) and Granddaughter; Erica Boozel (Scott), three Great Grandchildren; Jack, Bennett and Ava, three Step Granddaughters and five Step Great Grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Monday, August 30, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown with Pastor Ron Schlak officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.

Family will receive friends one hour prior.
