Born April 30, 1921 in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of the late George L. and Cora (Sullivan) Baldoff. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Maurice L. Mary retired as a realtor. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren, the Lions Club, the Women's Club and after retirement volunteered at Hagerstown Community College.

Mary was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, and friend. The matriarch of a large family, she cemented bonds between all by instilling the importance of steadfast tradition, joyous celebration, and enduring closeness. She will forever be remembered for her fierce love, her sense of adventure, her strong will, and her never-ending support to all she knew and cared for.

Messersmith III, Teal LaRoca, Tyler Messersmith, and Rori Daughtridge, and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Our family will always be grateful to the loving nurses, CNAs, and staff at Williamsport Retirement Village. Their care for Mary went above and beyond and elicited smiles and laughter daily.
