Melinda Annette Summers, 45, went to our Lord on Friday, June 1, 2018 at MedStar Franklin Square Hospital, Baltimore, Md.
Born at Andrews Air Force Base, Md on September 5, 1972, she was the daughter of Linda (Gralewksi) and Anthony Pruchniewski.
Melinda was a graduate from South Hagerstown High, class of 1990. She later graduated from Kaplan University.
She then worked for 13 years at Washington County Hospital and later transferring over to Meritus Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents.
In addition to her parents, Melinda is survived by her brother Michael Pruchniewski and wife Tracy; niece Bethany; two aunts; numerous cousins and many close friends.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 11, 2018 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, Inc. 1601 Pennsylvania Ave. Hagerstown, MD 21742.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Melinda's name to MedStar Franklin Square Hospital Hospice at 9000 Franklin Square Dr. Baltimore, MD 21237.
