Micheal J McKenna

Michael Joseph McKenna, 68, of Springfield, Virginia, passed away, Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at the Adler Center, Aldie, Va.
Born April 28, 1950 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania he was the son of the late, James C. and Anna Mae (Kerston) McKenna.In addition to his parents he also was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Deborah Ann (Crowl) McKenna and a brother, Robert "Bob" McKenna.
Mr. McKenna was a Master Sergeant US Air Force retired where he worked as a Reprographic Technician.
He attended St. Raymond of Penafort Catholic Church, Springfield, Va.
Mr. McKenna is survived by three children, Christe (McKenna) Winegar of Gettysburg, Pa., Shelley Rene (McKenna) Baxter of Clifton, Va. and Michael Robert McKenna of Belle Vernon, Pa.; one sister, Anna Mae O'Brien of McKeesport, Pa.; four grandchildren, Levi Alan, McKenna Naomi, Riley Paige and Brantley Michael.
A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.
Inurnment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery where military honors will be accorded by the Maryland National Guard Honor Guard.
Friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
