Nancy Kay Barnhart

 Nancy Kay Barnhart age 74, passed away November 17th, 2024, peacefully at the Nursing Home where she resided at, Julia Manor in Hagerstown, MD surrounded by her Loved ones. Born October 20, 1950, in Williamsport, MD to the parents of the late Kenneth and Nancy (Malott) Myers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Walter Barnhart Jr (Dinky)

Nancy graduated from Williamsport High school, where she later Met her Husband Walter Barnhart Sr. of 58 years where she would begin to grow a Family she treasured dearly. To know Nancy was to love her, such a caring selfless soul who will be missed dearly.

Nancy is survived by her children; Chancity Barnhart, Chance Barnhart, Lisa Smith and husband Dave, Medina Tritsch and husband Ken, Amanda Lang and husband Craig, grandchildren; Christopher Barnhart and wife BettyJo, Kristen Hebron and husband Russell, Chance Barnhart Jr., Caitlyn Barnhart, Camilyn Barnhart, Cruz Hartman, Colt Hartman, Derek Jordan and wife Becky, Duane Jordan and wife Tara, Tammy Eichelberger-Patterson and husband Anthony, Nelly Jordan, and Nicholas Lang, plus 18 great-grandchildren, sisters and brothers; Deborah Burton, Kenneth Myers and wife Sheryl, Roy Myers and wife Amy, Curis Myers and wife Kim, sister in laws and brother in laws; Donna Brown and husband Gary, Mary Showe, Clyde Barnhart and wife Vickie, and Donald Barnhart and wife Christa.

Visitations will be from 11-1 P.m. for friends and family Friday, November 22, 2024, at Rest Haven Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown with a funeral service at 1:00 P.M. following burial at Rest Haven Cemetery.

Friends and family are invited to join after for Nancy’s repass at the Western Enterprise Fire Hall, 526 Washington Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21740.

The Barnhart family would like to thank the nursing staff and Hospice of Washington County for all the support and care they provided for Nancy during her time with them!
