Nora Lee Cramer

Nora Lee Cramer, 98, a beloved soul who graced this world with her presence, has peacefully passed away at Hanover Hall in Pennsylvania on July 14, 2024. Born on April 26, 1926, in Hagerstown, MD to late parents, Daniel Franklin Mulligan and Mary Ada (Berger) Mulligan. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, Clarence Edward Cramer,Sr., her son Daniel G. Cramer, 6 brothers, and 3 sisters.

A social butterfly by nature, Nora had a gift for connecting with others and her warm personality drew people in, leaving lasting impressions on all fortunate enough to cross paths with her. In quieter moments, she found solace in her hobby of collecting baby dolls, relaxing on her front porch swing, indulging in her favorite TV shows, baking cakes and her weekly shopping trips to Kmart. Most importantly, she cherished every moment she could with her family whom she loved very much! 

In the hearts of those who survive her are children Catherine Ada Locklear, Nora Jane Baker, and Clarence Edward Cramer, Jr. (Vicki) She was also blessed with 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren. 

A funeral service to honor and celebrate the life of Nora Lee Cramer will be held Monday, July 22, 2024, 

at 11:00 A.M. at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue Hagerstown, Md 21742 with Pastor Frank Duncan officiating. Interment will follow.  Receiving of family and friends 1 hour prior.
