Norman Dale Will, 77, of Hagerstown, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Washington County Hospital.
Born March 26, 1933, in Uniontown, Maryland, he was the son of the late Norman Paul and Frances Emma (Swain) Will.
Norman was employed at the Washington County Human Development Council Day Program.
He was a member of the Happy-Go-Lucky Bowling Club.
Norman is survived by a sister, Wanda L. Lowry of Hagerstown; three nieces, Darlene Strasser, Mary Louise Johnson, Sharon Rubeck and husband Brad; a nephew, Charles Black Lowry, Jr; several great nieces and great nephews; friends and caregivers from the Washington County Human Development Council.
He was preceded in death by a nephew-in-law, Phillip Strasser.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:30am on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, Maryland, with Pastor Dave Kaplan officiating.
Friends will be received one hour prior to the graveside service at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, Hagerstown.
