Pamela Jean Drenner, 66, of Hagerstown, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017, at her home.
Born in Hagerstown, on August 15, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Eula Belle (Hawthorne) Drenner and Calvin Gardner Drenner , Sr.
Pamela was a 1968 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. She retired as a dispatcher from the Hagerstown City Police Department after more than 30 years of employment. She had also retired after five years with the Department of Emergency Communications.
She is survived by two daughters, Audrea L. Peck, her husband Mike, and Heather C. Tischer; a sister, Melodie Barnhart; two brothers, Paul Keefer and Dennis Drenner; six grandchildren, Brittany Peck, Amber Peck, Lewis Peck, Jeffrey Wilson, Carter Wilson and Erika Wilson; and two great-grandchildren, Carmela Jean and Landon Michael, all of Hagerstown.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded by a brother, Calvin "KaK" Drenner, Jr.
Pamela was a compassionate person with a heart of gold. She loved her family and her dogs, Khloe and Kalani. She was also passionate about crocheting.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, with the Rev. Stephen D. Robison officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown.
A viewing will be held on Monday from 6 - 8 PM at the funeral home.
