Patricia Ann Shank, 74, of Hagerstown, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2011, at her home.
Born April 22, 1936, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Porterfield and Nina Irene (Goetz) Jordan.
Mrs. Shank was a homemaker and Protestant by faith.
She is survived by her loving husband, James Wayne Shank; one son, James J. Shank of Hagerstown; three daughters, Vicki L. Jordan of Falling Waters, and Christi A. Shank and April L. Shank, both of Hagerstown; one sister, Jeanene N. Crawford of Hagerstown; two brothers, Richard F. Jordan and William R. Jordan, both of Hagerstown; and 10 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Lorraine F. Rheam and Thelma J. Jordan; and two brothers, Ernest P. Jordan and Gary P. Jordan.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with the Rev. Mark C. Mooney officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
