Porfidio Molina Torres, 69, of Hagerstown, passed away Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, at Meritus Medical Center near Hagerstown.
Born in Villalba, Puerto Rico, on Feb. 28, 1942, he was the son of the late Justino Molina and Catalina Torres.
He was a member of Iglesia del Nazareno Church, Hagerstown.
He retired as a printer from Reynolds and Reynolds of Chambersburg, and had also worked for Eastern Products, Hagerstown.
Porfidio is survived by his loving wife, Olga Figueroa Molina; a daughter, Annette L. Moore of Hagerstown; a son, Jose A. Molina and wife, Pamela, of Hagerstown; three grandchildren, Tinisha Tennant, Rodney Tennant and Tatyana Ridenour, all of Hagerstown; eight sisters, Virginia Molina, Carmen Rodriguez, Sasuna Molina, Rosa Molina, Maria Molina, Ida Molina, Maria "Charo" Molina and Nora Molina; three brothers, Justo Molina, Felix Molina and Luis Molina; and several nieces and nephews
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Candida Molina.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
