Rebecca Suzanne Decker, 72, of Hedgesville, passed away Thursday, January 21st, at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg.
Born June 2, 1948 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Emma May(Lillich) and Samuel Price Plummer.
She was a 1966 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and retired from Hagerstown Community College in 2010 after 14 years as an administrative assistant for the maintenance and facilities management department.
Rebecca loved her English Bulldog Bella, and had many interests and hobbies including reading, painting, nature, taking various college courses and was skilled in home improvements.
She is survived by her daughter Amber A. Decker and fiancé Jason Koch of Martinsburg, a son Richard D. Miller and wife Denise of Hagerstown, two sisters Georgia P. Newman and husband Rich, Peggy C. Papa and husband Frank also of Hagerstown, and two grandchildren Josh and Brittany Miller.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Armstrong Decker.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a memorial service will be announced and held at a later date.
