Susie Virginia Colliflower

Susie Virginia (Poffenberger) Colliflower, 88, of Halfway, passed away Monday, June 6, 2011, at Williamsport Retirement Village.
Born Feb. 5, 1923, in Sharpsburg, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Rhoda B. (DeLauney) Poffenberger.
Susie was a 1941 graduate of Hagerstown High School, where she also was a member of the reunion committee. She also was a lifetime member of Hagerstown Church of the Brethren.
Susie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edwin L. Colliflower.
She is survived by a daughter, Vicki Lynn Vaughn and husband, Gary "Rick," of Halfway; a brother, Bill Poffenberger of Hagerstown; a grandson, Timothy L. Vaughn and wife, Elizabeth, of Martinsburg, W.Va.; and a great-granddaughter, Isabella.
Graveside services will be Thursday, June 9, 2011, at 11 a.m. in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown, with the Rev. Pastor Edward L. Poling officiating.
