Timothy Eugene Schindel

Timothy Eugene Schindel, 73, of Bradenton, Fla., formerly of Hagerstown, Md., passed away, Saturday January 4, 2025 at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown.

Born December 16, 1951 in Baltimore, Md., he was the son of the late, Anne Seibert and his adoptive parents, Charles Franklin and Grace (Seibert) Schindel. In addition to his parents he also was preceded in death by two siblings, Carmen Fix and Odell Dietrich as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Schindel was a veteran of the U.S. Navy Reserve during the Vietnam War and retired as the North East Region Implementation Manager for ADP-CDK.

He was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Hagerstown and a member of the Hagerstown B.P.O. Elks #378.

Mr. Schindel is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Linda C. (Booth) Schindel; one son, James M. Schindel and wife, Cassie; five grandchildren, Kacee, Rickelle, James Timothy, Carter and Ripken and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date and at the convenience of the family.
