Virginia Kountz Wilson, 93, of Hagerstown, died Monday, April 12, 2010, at Washington County Hospital. The family will receive friends Thursday at 11 a.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, Hagerstown. Burial will be private in Rest Haven Cemetery.
