William Richard Harper

William Richard Harper, 68, of Hagerstown, passed away, Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Golden Living Center, Hagerstown. Born February 6, 1947 in Hagerstown he was the son of Marcelene N. (Manford) Harper of Hagerstown and the late William J. Harper. Mr. Harper was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and the Wee Brothers Sunday School Class. He attended local schools and the Easter Seals Day Care. In addition to his mother he also is survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown with Rev. Curtis Ehrgott officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to services at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Methodist Church, 712 W. Church St., Hagerstown, MD 21740.
