Rules and Regulations of Cemetery

Rest Haven's goal is to make our cemetery a clean and enjoyable place to visit for all of our families.

Rest Haven Cemetery assumes no responsibility for any items left in the cemetery.

We strongly suggest that expensive and personal items with strong emotional attachments not be placed on graves.
Patrons leaving items within the cemetery do so ar their own rish and understand the risks involved.

All decorations must comply with current policies, and any items violating these policies
will be removed and discarded without notice. Please see the list below.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• No fencing, borders, edging or any other types of enclosures.
• No landscaping materials such as mulch, stone, pavers, etc.
• No glass, ceramic or breakable items of any type.
• No items may be attached to headstones unless authorized and performed by cemetery staff.
• No planting of trees, shrubs, flowers or any other vegetation on cemetery property.
• No alcoholic containers, full or empty, or drug paraphernalia of any kind.
• No stuffed animals, boxes, shells, toys, large flags & banners and mini bought statues.

REMOVAL

Any items deemed unsafe, unsightly, inappropriate, or in violation of cemetery policies will be

removed and discarded immediately without notice.
